ABC Education Program
This program is designed to help people with Type 2 diabetes gain a better understanding about diabetes and maintaining good health. It is presented by qualified health professionals who have a background and interest in diabetes. A nurse educator and registered dietitian provide information to the client.
The program is provided through funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, so there is no cost to the client. We accept self referrals, as well as doctor referrals. Please see the list of programs which are being offered in your area. Please register by calling the number below.
