Predibetes Education Program
The prediabetes education program is held in various locations throughout the tri-county area. The program is presented by qualified health professionals who have a background and interest in diabetes. A nurse and dietitian provide information to the client.
The program is provided through funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, so there is no cost to the client. Clients may be referred by their physician or self-refer. Below is a list of programs which will be offered this year. Please register by calling the numbers below. If the dates below are not convenient and you would like to attend at another time, please call and we will put your name on a waiting list for upcoming prediabetes programs.
